    Sus 250 and Durateston

    I have read this forum, searched and randomly clicked and let me say I have found more then enough useful information. I am a newbie who jumped headfirst into "this" and with the info here I have sure swam a bit.

    I am 6' - 200LBs at 25 years of age. Recently I started a diet and an abs work out. While doing so I went headstrong into Sustanon 250 [Paki]. My first Injection was last friday. I am about to do another one when I checked out what I had recieved it seems I have 6 Sus and 9 Durateston [brazil, no 250 after it].

    I am in need of advice on weither or not to do the Sus first and Durateston last, visa versa or mixing.

    WELCOME TO AR

    Did you happen to pick up anything for proper PCT? Are you lifting weights now or just the "ab" routine? What does the diet consist of ? Total Calories, # of meals, how much Protein, carbs, fat??? What exact GOALS are you looking to get with the AAS?

    Sman is right and by the way you do know that durateston IS sustanon right???its the same exact thing.But yet again...stats?????goals.....experience if any???????

    I am looking into Letro or Nolva - Having just learned of them after I started I've not much time to find a supply.

    I do mostly 200 push ups, 200 backpresses, some pull ups [when I find something to pull up on] and at least 10 minutes 2 - 3 times a day of ab work outs.all increasing each day I do them I push myself further] I have dumbbell set ive started with low doing 25 pound curls 120 times each arm and several diffrent styles of lifting them usually about 50 times each style. [also increasing and am looking for a bench set]. My work as provides me with plenty of cardio[walking plenty of city blocks and staircases] and lots and lots of wire pulling/ equiptment carring. I also have plans on one of the gyms around town as soon as I find a partner.

    My diet as of now consisted of Salids[with tuna], Hardboiled Egg whites and chicken breast. Been taking multi vitamins and fish oil extract[***** 3].

    I have a nutritionist who when she returns from vacation is going to help me with a proper diet. [I do have a beer belly I want to rid of]

    And my total goal is to build upper body mass [while toning my abs] as have never been able to get past my current build for all the times I've tried.

    Sus and Dura are all I have [and can get] and Im trying to check if the Dura is real, my camera wont take a quality picture. So I am stuck between which to go ahead with, and if they are safe doing both in one cycle. If I worse comes to worse ill end up with the Sus and wait on the Dura until all is well.

    And as a reply to them being the same thing.. the exact same thing.. I thought so [after reading all the posts and threads I could] I JUST wanted to double check and make sure I wasnt making a mistake.

    And one more edit.. I have seen a gain in my arms, chest, back and abs.. Above the normal and I am pleased.

    I lied, one more edit - Just to show how serious I am about this I have givin up drinking and smoking weed [ I dont smoke cigs ] And if you knew me or how long ive been doing both, youd be amazed I did.

    OK, first mistake is NOT having PCT BEFORE you injected ANYTHING in your body!!! BAD MOVE !!! What if you can't get anything?? Then you will be walking around with a limp noodle that won't EVER work right on its own again!!!! Can't stress enough the importance of PCT and having the ENTIRE cycle planned out BEFORE ever starting it!!

    THAT BEING SAID, I hate to tell you this, but you DO NOT need to be using AAS for waht you are doing.

    You are NOT even hitting the proper muscle fibers to initiate actual GROWTH which is what you state you would like!! All you are doing is building muscle endurance ...not size !!!

    Does your nutrionalist know that you will be using AAS?
    Will she have you eating at least 6-8 meals a day every 2.5-4 hours?
    Does she know anything about PRE and POST workout meals?

    BASICS OF BODYBUILDING

    Muscle Physiology:

    Anaerobic Exercise vs Aerobic Exercise

    Fuel source burned during weight training = SUGAR (From all Carb Foods)
    Fuel source burned during cardio training = FAT (Dietary or stored body fat)



    Muscles use as fuel: 1st = Blood Sugar
    2nd= Stored Sugars (Glycogen)
    3rd= Protein & fat (Catabolic State)

    Muscle Fibers used in:

    Weight Training= Mostly Fast Twitch Muscle Fibers

    Aerobic Training= Mostly Slow Twitch Muscle Fibers

    2 Kinds of Fast Twitch Muscle Fibers:
    2A- These fibers can expect growth of only 25% greater.
    2B- These fibers can expect growth of 100%

    GOAL OF BODYBUILDERS IS TO TRAIN TO HIT THE “2B” MUSCLE FIBER
    All weight training uses the “2A” fibers FIRST, but they have limited growth potential!
    “2B’s” are more stubborn and only come into play in response to TENSION. When tension on the muscle is greatest, THEN and only then do the “2B’s kick in!!!

    WORKING 2A FIBERS OVER AND OVER NEVER RECRUIT THE 2B’S
    If you hit the 2B’s, you will ALWAYS use the 2A’s first!!
    MORE WEIGHT=MORE MUSCLE RECRUITMENT

    SO, what determines Total Muscle Recruitment??
    HEAVY WEIGHT IN THE 6-12 REP RANGE WITH PROPER FORM

    REP RANGES: Less than 6 reps = Increase in strentgth but not muscle size.
    From 6-12 reps = Increase in strength AND size.
    More than 12 reps = Improves muscle endurance NOT size.

    Too many reps produces too much LACTIC ACID which breaks down GLYCOGEN (muscle fuel) and the ACID build-up prevents total muscle contraction!

    # OF SETS TO DO FOR BODY PARTS(Just a guideline)

    CHEST= 9- 11
    BACK= 9-14
    QUADS= 9-12
    HAMS= 4-6
    CALVES= 4-6
    BI’S = 6-8
    TRI’S = 6-8

    In REAL life, More sets are better, HOWEVER do NOT let the INTENSITY fall!!
    Meaning, all sets have to be HEAVY in the 6-12 rep range and taken to failure
    Failure = last two reps should be extremely hard or require some assist to complete.

    NO LIGHT SETS!! Except your warm up sets.

    See, this is why I am glad I found this site.[a couple of days ago] And thanks.. As for the PCT I understand the risks and take them.

    My nutritionist is know what I am doing and has advised me my diet is all wrong and she will build a better one. She is familar having been a gym trainer, with people who use steroids and has agreed to help me - I've just not been a burdern to her while she is vacationing.

    I have been told to make plans for meals every 3 hours or so with some "shakes" in between and before/after workouts. I've also been told I need to get advice because I havnt been going at this properly. I made the assinine mistake of jumping before looking and I am trying to deal with it on the way down instead of climbing back up again to try again. I will save yoru last message to study and learn it. I want bulk, I was being a bit modest.. I really want some vastly noticable size, cuts and endurance.

    I have read many and saved many work outs and diets/plans to show her when she returns, until then I was going to keep going at it as much as I can.

    As for "Failure = last two reps should be extremely hard or require some assist to complete." I do each movment until I can not do them again. At 200 push ups the last 5 are not happining.. and after all those curls same, last few are very very hard.

    Thank again for your advice and I look foward to straightining myself and my plan of action out.

    That is actually where I found and have been reading up on Letro [more so then Nolva]. And I do plan on being prepaired.

    OK, keep reading, you dont' have to burden her, there is a great diet forum here with everything you need to know.

    Also re-read the failure part. and the reps. just training UNTIL failure, is only going to give you endurance NOT size. you want HEAVY weights using between 6-12 reps ONLY, the failure should still fall within the 6-12 or you are not going heavy enough!!!
    200 pushups is great for the Marines, but not if you want to get BIGGER

    I just added 15 pounds on, found my failure rate to be at 10.. Gonna have to go buy some more weights! and defintly move for the weightbench this week.

    I just want one last time reiterated, If I do sus 250 or dura.. same thing.. one week sus one week dura - it doesnt matter correct?

    And I am leaning towards letro, awaiting more information before making the move but its got my eye...

    I was not planning on it. The rules and many a post warn against that. [Besides I dont trust the internet!] I seemed to have found a legit PCT source. Thanks for the warning.
