you will not get a thing out of injecting 100mg deca and 100mg prop once a week mate......
a 1st cycle should consist imo of 500mg test weekly 12 weeks........
propionate is a short acting compound and as such needs to be injected ed and at the very least eod......50-75mg ed,100-125mg eod......
as stocky suggested a longer actin testosterone such as enanthate or cyp,i prefer the enanthate would be a better choice in a 1st cycle as it only needs to be administered in twice weekly injections.........
leave the deca for a later cycle.........you need to do some research mate....
make sure you look into pct and and anti estrogens..............
