It's been awhile, but diet was around 4,000 calories daily... 2 grams of protein for every pound of bodyweight.... A ton of carbs and whatever fat I got from the protein sources.... I ate pretty clean, but did have lots of whole eggs, milk, etc... You need some fat to really boost your calorie intake.... Just not the wrong kinds of fat... I went from 189lbs to 223lbs on that cycle... All that from only 100 5mg D-bol tabs and 200mg weekly of Deca for 10 weeks..... Wish I could still get gains from using that amount....
