So I mainly do upper body. Would it be better to inject maybe in my tri's or does it matter if its lower body. The last two I have done is glute and thigh, but both are a bit sore.

what do you mean you mainly do upper body???like thats what you focus on when your training???
but in any event it does not matter where you inject
yea sorry. I mainly train upper body. If I am doing a delt or tri shot, would I want a 1" or 1.5 " needle?
On delts or tri's Use 1".
No it does not matter what muscle you inject it all work's the same.
I would not neglect your leg's youll regret it in the future.
Does not matter where you inject the results will be the same, but alternate inj sites as to avoid a build up of scar tissue in one area specially if doing ED inj.
25g 1in would work for just about anywhere you want to inj, after loading hold it in your hand for a few min and you will find the inj is easier.
And as already said def don't neglect legs, jm2c
To grow upper body you must make your legs grow (train them!!) But I think you meant you train legs once a week and the rest of the days its upper body training..
I just shot into my left tri. yesterday and it feels like I didn't shoot right. After the injection my arm had a big lump where the injection was. Today, it hurts like a bitch but the swelling is gone. Any ideas?Originally Posted by horse2006

I believe it is better to alternate injection sites to avoid scar tissue. I'm not sure what gear you are using but Test Prop is great for site injections but just remember depending on what you inject you could be subjected to pain.
Changing inject sites is good. I'd change your training ruitine though to add some more leg training.
