    doseing for igf new to the igf game

    so i have a 1mg kit and i already mixed it i read that 40mcgs is a great first doseing but i was gon run it only pwo since its my first time usin it at 20mcgs preworkout and 20mcgs pwo im also runin tren at 75mg ed and test c at 250 every 3 days any help would be great thanks

    or is it better to use all at once after ur workout ?
