I am taking milk thistle to reduce damage to my liver in the long run. I was thinking about lecithin bc some guys said it helps out with the lipid profile. Are there any tricks you guys know on top of those, short term or long run nutrition wise?

I meant in general, for future reference. I am just cycling test en (500mg wks 1-10) and dbol (50mg ed wks 1-4). I am trying to take precaution.
My stats: 23 yo, 5'8, 310 lbs, 9 years PL.
personally i think 1000mgs of milk thistle ED should be more than adequate. dont booze and youll be fine.
