HCG a must?

I am planning on running 250 mg of Test E e4d? What do you all think of this cycle? What is a good ammount of time to run it in you opinions? I was thinking 8 weeks maybe. My main question is, how essential is HCG? Should I wait til I have some before I start. I have Ldex, nolva, proscar, on hand. I am very prone to gyno and mpb if that helps. All opinions are encouraged and welcomed!

i would go with E3D and stretch it to 10 weeks.
also if you are prone to gyno, using letro may be worth giving some thought
although the ldex and nolva should suffice
