    Cutting Critique Please

    So my current stats are 27 yo, 175lbs, 11-12% bf @ 5'8"

Currently trying to lose a little stubborn body fat before my next winter bulk.

I used the UNoffical "How to Cut" thread and sample diet... as a start.

    DIET

    Currently finishing week 1

    AM Cardio on Empty stomach.

    PWO

    Meal 1:
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax

    Meal 3:
    Veggies, Lean Protein

    Weight train

    Meal 4:
    PWO Nutrition

    Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    Meal 6:
    Shake with Flax

    WORKOUT
    Mon - Fri AM Cardio
    with;
    Monday - Legs
    Tuesday - Chest/Shoulders
    Wednesday - Ads
    Thursday - Arms
    Friday - Back/traps
    Sat. - off
    Sun. - off

My main question is should I have a PWO shake after my AM cardio or just eat my breakfast right away.

MY PWO consists of 45 grams of protein and a bannana. I can't use dextrose because I am a type 2 diebetic. A bannana is all I need for that extra insulin spike.

    Thanks.

Better figure out some foods you will have in there. No need for a PWO shake after cardio. I like to wait 20 mins (get home..sit on AR a sec..shower..then head downstairs and cook) then have my first meal. I prefer a pro/carb to start off the day with, followed by mostly pro/carb meals. Instead of a banana..why not a low GI PWO shake? I used to do skim milk/whey/1 cup oats..which is fine for bulking..but during cutting I didn't like it so much. You could always go with 1 1/2 cups oats, whey and water like usual.

    Meal 6:
Shake with Flax take out the shake and use 1- 1.5 can of tuna here

I can only assume that the wait is partly what burns the fat.

I hear you on that, but 20-30min max should be more than enough to wait after cardio.

what happens if a person get's up at 8:00am, then let's his body wake up and start low intensity cardio at 8:30am for 45min. At that point its 9:15am, then waits another 45min and start eating around 10:00am. That's not waiting to long?

I wait 15 mins. or so to eat after cardio.

There really is no need to wait any longer than that after the cessation of your cardio execution.

IMO the cutting sticky could use some work someone needs to re-evaluate that thing, im not saying it sucks but with all of use here we could come up with something better.
