MY STATS ARE 6'2, 198 POUNDS. 11% BF.
HERE IS MY FIRST CYCLE.

*one week before the cycle taking armidex .25/ED

1-12 test e 500mg/week (kick start first week 750mg)
6-12 anavar 60mg/ED
1-12 novadex 10mg/ED
1-12 armidex .25-.50 /ED (not sure whats the right dosage)

pct clomid and nolva two weeks after the last injection.
please let me know what you guys think. thanks in advance.alex

p.s.want to get 20 pounds lbm after pct.

run the var from week 8-14.. other than that it looks very good..

the point of the wekk 8-14 is to match up with pct times.. so in that 2 weeks period of waiting you will be on var..

yerp, like lift says about the var other then that looks good. not sure how much the extra 250mgs of test in week one is going to help but i dont know as i never tried to front load

If you can afford it? Run the Var for 14 weeks. Bloodowork needs to be done between weeks 5-8 though. This will determine if you carry on using Var or not. Considering its hypatoxicity, I cant see a problem.

Ldex+nolva is supposedly pointless. One or the other from what Ive read.
Depending on where you get it, might only be able to handle 40mg var ed. Heard bad stories about ab cramps at doses of 60mg and above.

Nolva in full clinical doses reduces Anastrozole plasma levels by 27%.

So...If you run them both, use a slightly higher dose of Anastrozole to combat this reduction is plasma concentrations. I'd say, 0.25mg/ED more.
