    the death of protien

    I wanted to find out if there were any particular cooking styles to stay away from because i've heard that protien can be degraded or destroyed at high heat. I would assume that frying is the highest heat, but should be avoided anyway.

    aslong as the meat isnt burned you realy dont have much to worry about

    I wouldn't worry about that. We all cook our food here and we all make gains. Unless you're cooking your food with a blo tourch I think you're okay!

    LOL, I love the grill but keeping certain food on there too long may have some risks to it.

    and i read that too much char from grilling can give u prostate cancer, but then again everything gives us prostate cancer

    as for protein i think u subtract like 10%, unless im wrong

    Some types of whey can be destroyed when heated. As far as meats, well, u sure as hell can't eat them raw so what choice do we really have?
