1- what is the best kind and size of syringe do i use if i want to go with 40 mcg shots?
2- do i shoot straight into the muscle?
3- should i keep complex carbs drink handy?

3. I would at first but its most likely you wont need it.

yeah man, i've been doing a great cycle until last week where i missed the hook on the smith machine (doing flat bench) and dropped 350 lbs on my self, result is over extended tendons in both sides and a minor tear on the right side, the Dr. hinted that IGF-1 or HGH would speed my recovery.Originally Posted by Jayhova

When I was injured (broken collar bone + Torn ligament in Knee) GH helped me out dramatically. The difference was that I was already taking it when the accident took place. Not sure GH will be a savior right now, IGF-1 is more immediate but I'd like to see GH in the Mix.
How do you feel now? The water from the Test and the Deca may be helping you feel better but may not necessarily be helping with the minor tear. Whatever you do please stay in close contact with your Doc and keep an eye on that.
Considering the field I"m in school for (PT) I wouldn't recommend working out at the moment, what did the doc say?

Here's a quick critique then I have to go buddy.

A few things, I'm not sure of cycle history so I dont want to get in depth here. This is a very long cycle and I wont comment on its duration b/c this may be what works for you and what you're used to. Plus, if you shave it down by the time you're 100% it may be time to come off. Injuries really are the worst :-(
The 4 weeks of Primo at 350mgs EW is a complete waste. Take it from me, I've ran over a Gram for 3 months and have only noticed substantial results over 600-700g+, your dose/duration would be a waste.
I moved the Winny to match up more with the Test E for PCT time. That and also to get that DHT deriv sooner in teh cycle to hopefully loosen up some free test. After being on Test/Deca for that long gains may tend to cease eary, the Winny will help with that.
