    I need help on first time cycle

    I just purchased Deca 300mg in 10ml multidose as well as tess cyp 250mg 10ml multidose.I weigh 135lbs and Iam 5'4 and have 10% body fat.I need help on how much dosage i should take.I have been researching now and i am getting confused on all of this.

    As marcus said, we need your stats in order to help....AGE, height, weight, BF%, eating habits, training habits, PCT protocol.

    General RULE is that FIRST cycles should be kept to a singlel ester TEST ONLY.... since you have that, SKIP the deca and save it for the next cycle!!!

    25yrs age 5'4 eat a 3500 calorie diet per day and train 3 days of the week

    thats not true...as long as you have an effective workout schedule 3 days is fine...i do 4 days per week

    At 5'4" adn 135, are you eating 6 meals a day, one every 2.5-3 hours apart??? If NOT, then start there You need minimum to grow= 203 grams of quality protein, 400 g low GI carbs, and roughly 50-100 g of GOOD fats,per day

    That is a total of= close ot yoru 3500 calories.

    Should be training at least 4 days with heavy weights if you want to grow. here is the run down of how you want to lift to grow. hope it helps:


    BASICS OF BODYBUILDING

    Muscle Physiology:

    Anaerobic Exercise vs Aerobic Exercise

    Fuel source burned during weight training = SUGAR (From all Carb Foods)
    Fuel source burned during cardio training = FAT (Dietary or stored body fat)



    Muscles use as fuel: 1st = Blood Sugar
    2nd= Stored Sugars (Glycogen)
    3rd= Protein & fat (Catabolic State)

    Muscle Fibers used in:

    Weight Training= Mostly Fast Twitch Muscle Fibers

    Aerobic Training= Mostly Slow Twitch Muscle Fibers

    2 Kinds of Fast Twitch Muscle Fibers:
    2A- These fibers can expect growth of only 25% greater.
    2B- These fibers can expect growth of 100%

    GOAL OF BODYBUILDERS IS TO TRAIN TO HIT THE “2B” MUSCLE FIBER
    All weight training uses the “2A” fibers FIRST, but they have limited growth potential!
    “2B’s” are more stubborn and only come into play in response to TENSION. When tension on the muscle is greatest, THEN and only then do the “2B’s kick in!!!

    WORKING 2A FIBERS OVER AND OVER NEVER RECRUIT THE 2B’S
    If you hit the 2B’s, you will ALWAYS use the 2A’s first!!
    MORE WEIGHT=MORE MUSCLE RECRUITMENT

    SO, what determines Total Muscle Recruitment??
    HEAVY WEIGHT IN THE 6-12 REP RANGE WITH PROPER FORM

    REP RANGES: Less than 6 reps = Increase in strentgth but not muscle size.
    From 6-12 reps = Increase in strength AND size.
    More than 12 reps = Improves muscle endurance NOT size.

    Too many reps produces too much LACTIC ACID which breaks down GLYCOGEN (muscle fuel) and the ACID build-up prevents total muscle contraction!

    # OF SETS TO DO FOR BODY PARTS(Just a guideline)

    CHEST= 9- 11
    BACK= 9-14
    QUADS= 9-12
    HAMS= 4-6
    CALVES= 4-6
    BI’S = 6-8
    TRI’S = 6-8

    In REAL life, More sets are better, HOWEVER do NOT let the INTENSITY fall!!
    Meaning, all sets have to be HEAVY in the 6-12 rep range and taken to failure
    Failure = last two reps should be extremely hard or require some assist to complete.

    NO LIGHT SETS!! Except your warm up sets.

    You will need to UP your calories if you do a cycle, up your training IF you want to grow, and chekc out the DIET forum under bulking diets

    I also find 4 days works perfect for me. I feel if you are in the gym for more than about an hour, you are either wasting time or burning your muscles out !!

    thanks for the advice anybody have a cycle routine on shots once again i am stacking 300mg deca and 250mg of tess.any choice on how many shots per week and what days

    Using Deca in yoru first cycle was NEVER recomended!!! Stick to the test for the first run and save the deca for the next.

    What are your plans for PCT????????

    Agreed. Test only for a first timer. No need for Deca.

    Hey jchiger 09. I tried to pm you but I don't think your allowed to recieve them. Dude, you should stick with test and prolly do test en. Cyp is a longer chain which mean that you're test level won't be balance and regular, rather your levels would be shifting alot. With test en you can do a shot or two a week and be cool. Do dbol to kick start, maybe 25-40mg spread over six servings a day. From what I've seen, 10 weeks is a good beginner cycle with 4 weeks of dbol. But remember to have Nolvadex on hand and then clomid for pct. Prolly want to try uping calories and protein before cycling to see how your body works with optimal nutrition. Remember that you will lose some of what you get on the juice so getting what you can naturally before using juice is pretty important. Either way food is the most important thing on or off the juice.
