    Let Me Know Your Max

    Question what is your max military bench press barbell. hehe everyones so concerned about bench press lets throw in some military. Im kinda weak but at 345 hope to do 400 some time in the next couple years.

    345!!!!!!!!!!!! Bro if you can military that your bench must be strong. I only do light shoulder work due the heavy bench/tri focus. 345 is just outright nuts!!! Nice liftage.

    mine is 325 for one rep.....my best ever was 335. When I cycle again i will crush that... I have been natural for a while.

    I am only talking about sitting of course, My back is way to fucked up from all those squats to handle it standing.

    who elses back is fucked? I once hurt it so bad i couldnt tie my shoes for a month!! Had spasms and all that jive.

    Im pressing 225 x 4, or 90lb DB x 6. I cant clean more then 225 for standing presses, but Im sure with a full body spring Id be able to press more.
