I ran 500mg/week during my first cycle.
For this cycle, i was actually thinking of running less (400mg) b/c I am using this cycle mostly for training jiu jitsu/kickboxing/lifting. I wanted to spend the summer training really hard and figured that I'd run the test in order to help me train harder.
After talking to a friend though he advised me to just run it at 500mg/week again, so i decided to take his advice. I didnt start the cycle yet, but am planning on starting this thursday.
I can't wait!
