    It definately seems that this is the best place to be for the right information! I should have realized what to post and what not to but i DO know now so that won't be a problem anymore!
    Thanks for all the welcomes by the way.

    I just got some Test E for my new cycle. I did a 10 week cycle back in Sept '05 and loved it. Gained well and just felt great while on it. I decided its time to do it again!
    Going to run Test E only again since it's only my second cycle and see how it goes.

    running test e by itself is a great cycle to run bro, especially if its one of your first cycles.

    what dose are you thinking of running the test at?

    I ran 500mg/week during my first cycle.
    For this cycle, i was actually thinking of running less (400mg) b/c I am using this cycle mostly for training jiu jitsu/kickboxing/lifting. I wanted to spend the summer training really hard and figured that I'd run the test in order to help me train harder.
    After talking to a friend though he advised me to just run it at 500mg/week again, so i decided to take his advice. I didnt start the cycle yet, but am planning on starting this thursday.
    I can't wait!

    haha yea i know that feeling. i get so amped up when i know im about to stick that needle in my leg.

    you doin lots of plyometric exercises bro?

    Yeah, so I've been doing plyo's off and on for about a year and a half, but within the past 3-4 months i've been more regular with them. They really are great. It has helped alot in my ground game (BJJ).

    I know i said i'm going to run it at 500mg/week, but just in case i change my mind and run it at 400mg/week, i had a quick question.
    My gear is dosed at 300mg/ml. If i did do the 400mg/week, should i do 2- 200mg shots a week, or should i just do one 400mg shot a week?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    If you dont mind stickin yourself twice as much, personaly I would go with two shots per week.
    Mon &Thurs
