What is your off season weight? Right now I'm 220 at 5'6'. I want to get to 230 before I start dieting. I'm going to compete light heavy. Are we going to be in the same weight class?

My off season weight was 234lbs tops I'm hoping this time I can make it up to the 240's bu tmy problem i seating but i'm about to fix that. this morning I''m 200.5 with 3 1/2 weeks to go, so i'll end up competing about 190+

Melvin - I dunno maybe his waist is a bit too small, I know it sounds stupid, I have a felling he might snap in too any minute

D. Henry : all good, chest is a bit weird

Ahmad H. : love him, especially at the last ironman when he was 4th, the new size really comliments him

Troy : Sick abs, maybe some more upper chest

I don't know...if he is taking GH then it is his choice.

I'm sure I read somewhere Ronnie Coleman claimed if he gets anything showing up in his health check ups that he is getting hurt...he'll eventually stop. They risk a lot but if Jay does it right who knows if he'll finally get a Sandow? Too bad his facial looks are changing though.

as for jay, he looks like a freakin waterbed in that pic. still, no matter how much GH he is whacking inside his body, he will not win the sandow this year. no doubt in my mind ronnie will take his 9th, even if he is off. jay is wasting his health
