She is doing the SQUAT ACTION with SHOULDER RAISES of sort..PUSHING ACTION TRICEPS ETC..
does a set of 20 reps
than she jumps on the PULLUPS...Bicep PULLING ACTION..
her legs rest during that time and also her tric' n shoulders..
so her muslces do get some rest..
IT IS VERY IMPRESSIVE THO.
she's in great shape..BUT like ALEX said, who knows what running thru her system also LOL and ofcourse if she is doing this as one shot, and plans to rest the rest of the day, she'll going 110% all out. She's looks like a small girl tho 110lbs maybe?
I know when i do hammer curls n i switch arms.. so that i dont have a complete break of INACTION.. instead i switch arms while the other arm rests.. i could get close to winded sometimes if i do it high intensity..
