it may not be the test, but it just started the last three nights. i'm only in 2nd wk, so i wouldn't think i should have any effects yet. i don't even really feel tired. not anymore stressed than usuall.

Sleep is a healer. You might want to try additional sleep aids. Even benedral.
    I take ambien when I can't sleep.

I tried Valarien root and it seemed to work well. It made me very drowsy.

I've noticed when I first start a cycle like test I had a few bad nights sleep, but it lasted maybe a week or two. I would mainly toss and turn all night.

I never have issues sleeping on Test. Always makes me think there are other factors. Maybe working out too late at night?

Test should not be effecting your sleep. You might wont to look into some other things that can be.

I started having trouble sleeping at about week 2 on my first cycle. Just on Test E. I started making sure I wasnt taking any supplements (besides bedtime meals or protein shakes) or working out too close to my bed time. That helped.

Im on my 3rd cycle now (Sust and Tren) 2 days before my second week and im starting to toss and turn a bit.
