I am getting ready to do my first Cycle of Sustanon. But after reading all of the mixed results of different members I was wandering if somebody could give me some advice. For the 1st week I was going to do 1 amp, weeks 2 to 5 I was going to do 2 amps, and on week 6 back to 1 amp. I had a buddy that had outstanding results on that cycle. I dont know if I should do that or 1 amp per week for 10 weeks. I am looking for a solid gain in size and strength. I already bench 350, but would like the extra kick to put me over 400.
