Got to agree with shortie here!! Although he can use Sust, he is better off using a single ester instead of a multi ester Just for the simple fact he has NO clue as to how his body will react to the esters. Much better to introduce ONE ester into his system so he gains knowledge of it and can build off of it instead of not knowing which ester may or may not be giving him side effects or gains. JMHO
