    12-14 days out

    Pics from the last 2-3 days....let me know what you think...I am progressing nicely I feel, but I am still behind where I wouldl like to be, I hope I can pull some sick changes here in the next two weeks. Wish I had more mass too!!

    Few more...

    I noticed a couple new viens this morning in the mirror, especially in my hips and abs and, but you wont be able to see them in these pics. I got a couple more tricks up my sleeve to try to pull this thing out. I may end up doing another show 6 wks down the line as well if I am not where I want to be for this show.

    Forgive the posing, it is a little off and being worked on currently, eventhough you cant tell a whole lot about my posing from these few pics. Also, some are off-center, the camera man had to keep moving to get out of ppls way walking by...

    looking good bro...might wanna kick up the cardio a tid bit the last week, how much are you doing now?

    60min twice per day...sometimes 70minutes even. Don't know about going much higher than that. I just wish I woulda started this prep 2 wks earlier.

    Bro your looking a bit behind, but these last 2 weeks are crucial make sure your doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomcch and at night before bed with nothin to eat after the night cardio but a zero carb protein shake. If you are on any oils I als suggest you drop them now (2 weeks) out so you will dry up nicely, you'll be suprise how freaking cu tyou get after you drop all your oils, you can keep your orals going.

    Spound Mr M is right, continue the hard work and you will continue to see results, almost on a daily basis now, best of luck....
