i was considering running 750mgs test E for 12 weeks;400-500mgs deca weeks 1-14ish? and also i heard nolvadex will increase the amount of progesterone receptors you have. deca is a progestin. so wat do you guys think? shud i run letro instead or wat. also anything else i shud be using for PCT instead of normal nolva clomid? also i wud like to toss some winny in there towards the end but have no clue how much to run or when and for how long...anyways if someone could help me set up a next cycle i have access to anything so if theres any compounds that arent in this idea that u guys think wud benefit me please feel free to speak up.... all input is welcomed, my overall goal is a clean bulk, i dont mind gaining a little fat but id like to have a decent diet laid out aswell, if anyone welcomes the challenge of helping set up a good diet aswell id greatly appreciate it...

do 2,500 i.u every 5 days

You must run the test longer then the deca by 2 weeks not the other way around like how you have it. I dont know about the whinny. You want to bulk? I gave you a bulking 2nd cycle. As far as the gains and diet go? do your own homework! I did alot for you right now as far as cycle go's.

How much you gain depends on your diet + training but especially diet not aas.

Go to the Diet forums and have a look at some bulking diets. Also it would benefit yout to lay your diet out and let the guys have a look at it and help you out with it.
