    Just Turned 18..

ok.. i have been reading this site off and on for awhile now and i thought since i turned 18 recently i should register as a member and see what you guys thought... i am not one of the people here that want to get huge.. rather i want to get more lean and defined/stronger...

i have been lifting off and on for 2 years.. and out of those 2 years i have prolly lifted 10 months and this time i have been lifting for about a month straight.. soccer season and other school activities always got in the way..

I am 6'1" and 180 lbs... as of now my max on bench is only liek 230 but i was up at around 260ish about four months ago before i quit.. my goal is 275 by the end of summer; do you think that is possible?

I am going to upload a recent picture and i want to know what you guys think my bodyfat percentage is... thanks a lot in advance..

im guessing your bf at 10-12%. as for getting your max bench to 275lbs by the end of summer, yes i believe this to be possible. go to the workout forum and read up on training for strength

I would put bf at 12-13% you have a good base. If you concentrate on slow sustained gains, you should have no prob in achieving your goals. What is your long term goal weight wise, bf wise etc.

long term i would like to be around 195lbs with 7-8% bodyfat. Just so you can see them abs a little better Maybe i can get there in another year and since i will be going to college i will have an awesome rec center and i am hoping that will motivate me to stay with it

well dont be one of the guys I see at my rec center that only do bench and curls. You seem to put a lot of emphasis on bench. When I decide to do barbell flat bench once every blue moon..I can't because theres 30 fvckin people waiting to use it and hovering around it.

Well alright then, just seemed like you put a lot of emphasis on how much you bench press in your first post in here..
