    Check out thgis protein!

While I am sure some of you know about this allready, its new to me. Myoplex ready to drink protein shake/meal replacement.

    Protein: 43 grams
    Calories: 310
    Total Fat: 7 grams
    Total Carbs: 19 grams
    Fiber: 6 grams
    Sugars: 2 grams

    (17 FL OZ.)

Seems better than alot of powders and its already made which is a benefit to you trainers with little time, or anyone on the go. Hope this info. is helpful to someone.

Recently kinda swayed away from supplements in general and have a much denser/harder look to my muscles.. real food is always a better option, I'd take a steak + broccoli anyday over that RTD.

I agree food is always the best source of protein. My training partner, who is a personal trainer as well likes them cause he says when you got back to back clients after your workout, its helpful and a good source of prtein and whatnot.

Better than nothing I suppose but a microwave can heat up a plate of food in 30seconds. A blender is even faster (oats/cottagecheese). Everyone is different I guess.

I agree, its overpriced, fortunate for me I got a HUGE discount from a friend who works at the store. But why is it garbage? Im curiosu because I am considering putting it in my cutting diet as a meal. I trust both your judgements cause you both have given me tons of information before. What should I put in its place?

    FOOD

There is NO replacement for food, these are mearly supplements, they supplement your diet when you cannot get enough of certain vitamens.. there is NO place for supplements in a cutting diet IMO.. Post your diet, why do you feel you need this shake, and what benefit do you think it's going to do you over a good meal? Lastly, why are you so against preparing/packing a meal when you are on the go, make time for it bro.. don't half-ass it, supps are for ppl who don't know any better.
