No. Use whey protein.
What are your stats, goals?
I'd opt for egg whites myself, I don't F w/soy.

thanks guys for the help. I've heard mixed shit about about soy.
Its just i really need something to mix with my oats in the morning and this is the only substitue i could find as i am lactose.
Swole when u mention egg whites i take it you were talking about the pasturized stuff or the egg white powder?
Heard sumthin bout Soy..sumthin how it converts to estrogen or sumthing..dunno if its true but that scared me![]()
Ya you can buy the pastuerized egg whites, the come in a carton all ready to go. just pour in a pan a cook. Definitely beats out a morning shake.Originally Posted by mdesignone
ok now i think i messed this up a little.
I have normal egg whites in the morning, cook them up and down they go.
I also have oats. Im trying to find out what is best to have with the oats instead of the soy protein mixed. Any suggestions??
Thanks again!
also im lactose intolerant, so no milk!

Soy has very very small effects on hormone levels. Nothing to worry about realy.Originally Posted by chest6
But it also has many good properties like protection against prostate cancer and the phytoestrogens are benifical in lowering bad cholesterol.
