ok man.... i read both threads and i think that they r amazing. i changed my diet relatively to what had been noted in the thread.
(morning) 2 white eggs, 1/2 cup of oatmeal
(3 hours later) protein shake (Pro-complex) , a can of tuna.
(2 hours before working out ) a can of tuna.
(pwo) a protein shake
(45 min after PWO) two chekien breast, 1/2 cup of brown rice.
(last meal) a protien shake.
i only take protien supplement (pro-complex by optimum nutrition), i take CLEN.
as for clean ill start my day with .02 and work my dose up throw the day (every 3-4 hours). when i reach 200mcg/day ill stick to it for 6-10 weeks.
hmmm.... i dunno what else i guess thats it...
