creatine at 14??? no way man.. He is still growing. I mean you might do a clean for 14 year old standard diet and weights. But if wieghts are not an option then pushups, pullups, situps dips. All that good stuff.

Protein. That is the only thing I would recommend for a 14 yr old kid. Maybe a multivitamin, but definietly some sort of protein or weight gainer if he thinks he needs it. He has plenty of time to take other stuff. With the hormone levels in his body right now and for the next couple years protein should give him great gains.

If you meant to say that that "kids" that young can't gain mass then you're mistaken. Also, phenylalanine is just one aa but can be harmful to the wrong person.

Creatine is perfectly fine to take at a young age such as 14! It is a naturally occurring substance that is stored in your muscles as creatine phosphate! When ATP is used to caulk the myosin heads and prepare the muscle for contraction creatine phosphate is called upon to replensih ADP to ATP! There are no studies that show creatine to be harmful at a young age. You will not gain much from creatine...really only endurance and a little strength. The mass is minimal and is caused by the creatine pulling water into the muscle cells as it passes through the membrane.

Protein is good to take, but the best would be food, food, and more food. At his age he should have a very high metabolism. His test levels are going to be skyrocketing soon, so he will be able to pack on a lot of natty weight with a good diet and the gym!!!

Their test levels may be low, but most likely they are beginning to climb very fast and will remain high for quite some time. When I was 15, I put on 25 solid pounds in 3 months with MRPs and creatine. I used the EAS stack that they sold when it first came out! From 8th grade year to my junior year I averaged 25lbs per year! Needless to say, I was skinny at 135lbs at the end of my eithe grade year at almost 6'! But this is to show that a great amount of mass can be obtained naturally in those years when natty test is high!

Yeah I know it sounds crazy but its true, I started highschool at 135(end of my eigth grade year) and ended my junior year at about 200lbs! No prohormones or anything, just creatine and MRPs in btween my meals. I will have to find a way to put my old pic up....it's not on my computer so I'm stuck! WOW, I JUST REALIZED THAT I MADE A MATH MISTAKE! I gained more like 20lbs per year...still a lot, sorry for my dumbass mistake

He is 14, a strict diet isnt what he needs, He just needs to eat plain and simple!
