thank you project. with such little time under my belt here and in the training world. i think it is great that i have found what works best for me in terms of cutting. i figure that i want to find what works BEST for me now, so i canm work on everything else later. knowing what foods work for me, and what exercises and routines provide the most benefits, is an aspect of training many never look at and take for granted. i wanted to know those things frst before i got into the game. now i'm ready to bulk and figure out exactly what makes me grow!Originally Posted by Project
