Yes, i have heard some do that, never tried it though. but like you said above, the only way to truly know is to do the experiment and see what works for each

this is a waste indeed at least once a day do to the short half life.from exp shooting 2 times a day gets old fast so im going once a day and it is a whole lot easier

But a whole lot easier wont get the max gain out of the compound bro....If its active between 8 and 12 hours...then you know in order to be as effective as possible you have to take twice for it to be in your system.
