15 sets per body part?! That's overtraining for bis and tris for sure. Also, as for the bigger muscles, that would be borderline. I'd keep the sets down to 12 for bigger muscles and 10 sets per for bis and tris. If you go heavy and to muscle failure for every one of your sets excluding warm up sets, then you don't even need to do 15 sets per muscle group. This is for bulking routine of course.
