how long can r-ala tolerate high temps?

im going on a trip to mexico and im wondering whether my r-ala will survive the trip and while it is there. im hoping my room will be cold but the trip there and when im going to eat in 100 degree weather is what im wondering about

temps below 105 for short periods are ok. If you store cold (in ice) it will help because, the ambient temp has to bring the material temp up more. (so it will last longer in high heat)
