I myself am a little hesitant to help some people. I cant tell you how many times people ask me for help, i take time out of my day to do it, and they dont even follow through for a day because its to hard. its a waste of time. You can usually who those kinds of people are right off the bat

however if you could absolutely positively gaurentee that person will follow through, no excuses, help that person....

right. and then you tell them, increase muscle mass and shed bodyfat. and then they say, but i dont wanna get to bulky so i am not going to weight train. kinda hard to looked toned with nothing but skin, bones, and bodyfat

I agree that there are some ppl who come off very rude if you ask them questions, and sometimes it takes a while of working out to understand how and even when you should be asking questions (ie. like carlos said, not in the middle of someones set). Also if ppl are gonna ask questions (esp. if ur at the gym), they should b simple, because ppl r there to work out and need to get back to there next set. For example, a guy at the gym the other day, waited for me to finish my set, thn asked me about the exercise I was doing, regarding the correct form and if it has any benefits compared to a similar exercise he was doing. this is a question i can easily answer with enough time to get back to my next set.
anyways, the advice tht i offer ppl is free b/c i am not a professional, its based on my own experience and wht I have asked others. I dont think carlos for example should be given a hard time about not sitting this guy or tht fatass girl down and explaining wht they should carry out in detail to get results b/c Carlos has put sooo much time into it, tht his time is worth something and he should really be payed for such detailed information. plus, usually the ppl that are actually serious (who most ppl dont mind helping) ask more intelligent/specific questions thn "how do i get toned?", cause they've usually done a little research on there own first. Tht question is so general, it would take so long to answer. assuming it has something to do w/ cutting body fat and becoming more muscular, tht involves many many variables and I usually just tell the person, u need to be more specific.
but i usually give ppl a chance, if ive never met thm b4 ill try and help them, but if they come back again and havent taken my first advice, i just tell thm, "whts the point? u dont listen/respect wht i have to say, so im not wasting my time nemore"

I just wanna slap them, I cant even express in words how mad this makes me. What the f*ck are they talking about? Please one of the female members explain this to me why girls have this huge misconception. They obviously have never gained much muscle at all in their lives so why do they lie and believe this so strongly?

I could keep going on about how mad it makes me but my face is getting hot now.

so ironic, because i have recently had a couple of girls ask me that, one being my gf. then of course they said, "i don't want to be a bodybuilder".
