    Ur Breakfast????

    my favorite food for breakfast is

    regular Oatmeal, 2 packages(2 scoops) and 6 egg whites!!!!!! yum, then 30min later, whey shake!!! 50gram slam!!!


    BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    6 egg whites, diced up mushrooms,onions and tomatoes in an omelette topped with some salsa. 1/2 cup of oats with some splenda,cinnamon and calorie free syrup.....cup of coffee and I swear it is the ultimate shitter breakfast.

    2 packs natural oatmeal
    1 banana

    Blend it up, and then make some pancakes throw some s/f syrup on and thats it, tastes.. Slammin

    Reg. breakfast- 3 oz. chicken, 3 oz. sweet potatoe and 1/2 C broccoli and 1L of water

    Desired breakfast- 2 eggs, over easy with ketchup, rye toast, danish bacon, fruit salad and orange juice...

    I got about 5 minutes in the morning to eat so it's usally two scoops oatmeal with a couple scoops of whey..It reminds me of the stuff they eat in the matrix, but it works..If I got the time 10 eat white omlet with whole wheat toast..mmmm

    you guys eat alot of egg whites.. do you actually buy a dozen eggs and throw away the yolks of all the eggs you dont use? or do you just buy liquid egg whites or w/e?

    Don't you guys get sick of eating all that oatmeal? I know I do. I do the oatmeal thing 5 days week with 6 egg whites, but for the 2 days I don't, I'll have an omellete that has 6 egg whites, tomatos, onion and low sodium lox with hash browns made from red potatos. That way, I have a little variety.

    Not much time for breakfast so its usually, 2 scoops of muscle milk with 1/2 cup of oats blended. You guys must have plently of time in the morning to cook egg whites, oatmeal etc.

    Favorite Breakfast- 6 egg whites w/2 slices whole wheat bread soaked in whey/egg white/cinnamon/skim milk mixture and grilled in a frying pan, topped with smashed banana and whole fruit preserves.-Rocks!

    Usual Breakfast- 9 egg whites, 1 whole egg, slice of whole wheat toast w/ 1 tbsp natty pb and a banana

    yes..buy em in packs of 60, yum...go thru em like sweat goes thru my pores...!

    and i sumtimes eat my yolk now, so i just either toss, or grubb em!!!!

    and I AM NOw moving up to 10 eggwhites due to the thread !!!
