    J-e-l-l-o

I buy the sugar free powder that comes in the box.
    Nutritional Facts:
Calories: 1/8 packet is 10 cals
If I down the whole box is one sitting we are looking at 80 cals.
My question is, do i count these cals and add them in to my total cals for the day or is this nothing to worry about while cutting?

It's useless protein that is not absorbed because it is made from bone marrow (as all gelatin is) also I do believe that it's 10 cals per 1/4th pack making it 40 cals total. I know a lot of people that use it with no problems, but like anything with calories you should count it.

Alright thanks a lot guys! ya, they make the ones that total 40 cals now and even bigger that total 80. When it's all made, I usually just take 1-2 cups of the jello; keeps me full.
