    Wait 8 egg whites is only 131 cals and 28 grams of protein. Is that right? I thought one egg white contained 30 calories and 6 grams of protein

    You could be right. I was just using the information on fitday.com. Does anyone know any other sources of macro info for foods that might be more reliable???
