26 y.o , past include sus, deca, primo, prop, d-ball, eq.... 10 plus total cycles. bf i have no idea ,, weight 190-195 diet is decent, training is good..

my goals for thhis cycle are lose some bf in ab area add lean mass , i am lean and show good results pretty easy... so if i shoud chang anything or add more please help me... if i have to change the tren with morevar then i will ect.. but the prop is must have
