Thanks Swole. Wow looking back at this thread I wish I had not agreed with Tinyguy. Not because he was wrong but because I just think hes a complete moron as I have said in other threads. Too bad I posted that when he was newer to the site and I didnt know his true colours.

Tinyguy without me getting too offensive here you really need to just keep your mouth shut, you talk as if you are some premier bodybuilder or something, saying we are pussies...what a laugh. You just sit at your desk and keep thinking that. I have seen your pics and I must say if I looked like you I would be embarassed to be making posts boasting about yourself as you do.
You need to learn some respect and you better hope you dont act this same way in person or you got something comin to you.
The proof is always in the pudding, if you want to come in here and flame and make it out like you are a bodybuilding guru and know about diet than I suggest you post up some new pictures of yourself when it looks like you actually lift weights, cuz right now I couldnt tell him apart from a boy scout that comes to sell cookies at my door.
