    Question One drug cycles?

    Is it possible to do a cycle of just test alone? I'm not looking for major gains, but after 7 years of lifting I think I am ready to break some barriers and sticking points. Diet is in check and has been posted before. What type of test would you guys recommend for casual gains in strength and size? I also am not looking for high dose cycles...very moderate is all I am willing to do. Any guidance is appreciated!!

    I am also looking at clenbuterol as a possible stepping stone. Anyone taken clen by itself for cutting and LBM gains? If so, what results did you see?

    test only is fine for a first cycle if your diet, BF%, PCT, training, etc. is in check. post up your stats and plans. what type of test are you thinking of running?

    First cycles are always recomended to do TEST ONLY. as the above members suggested, give us your complete stats and we can help better.

    Don't take this the wrong way guys, but I've posted up stats before and I'm sure the search feature will yield the diet and routine results you're needing.

    Basic stats are:
    6'
    195 lbs.
    7 years solid lifting
    30 years old

    I can offer updates though. I am currently off any sort of "diet." I've been travelling a lot lately and so that hasn't been good for any type of lifting routine or diet.

    My lifting routine as of about a month and a half ago was essentially hitting all body parts twice a week...this is a departure from doing only one a week (which didn't result in any decent gains). My strength gains went through the roof when I dieted and switched to a 6 day program. My weight gains were moderate at only around 5 lbs...whcih could have been just water weight from supplementation

    I do intend on doing this again, but am modifying it slightly to focus on Heavier lifting M-W and then Thurs-Sat i will concentrate on higher reps and more focused pumps...hopefully a few of you understand what I'm getting at.

    I'm not sure what type of test I will look at using. I'm currently in the military and I obviously don't want to risk getting tested and consequently booted out...although I've heard that steroid tests are a totally different animal from ampetamine tests and the like.

    Any input on the clenbuterol as a good jump start to a cycle...I've herad the strength gains are decent and a LBM increase can be expected with about 6-8 weeks of use.

    I prefer clen during PCT after the cycle as it has anti-catabolic effects and can help solidify your gains.
    Unless they are specifically looking for steroids, I doubt that you will be tested for them. Most "professions" with the exception of sports, only drug test for recreational drugs as steroid testing is more expensive.

    Test Enanthate or Cypionate is a good choice and only require twice a week injections.
    Test prop can be used as a kickstart if you do not want to take and oral and needs to be shot ED

    One compound cycles are great,especially if you're looking to find out how your body reacts to certain ones....go for it.

    Just go with 500mg of test for 10 weeks(e or c). This is perfect for a first cycle.

    Test e or cyp at 400-500mgs/week for 10-12 weeks sounds good for you. By the way sman, I do need to get laid cuz my gf's been on vacation with her family for 2 weeks now. She gets back day after tomorrow. Then the party begins....hehehe.

    Hey guys thanx for the no b.s. replies!

    On a side note...a buddy of mine gets T1. What compound is this? He said he believes it is Test C..any thoughts?

    Still wondering about the clen effects. I've been recently told by the same friend that with Clen use my diet needs to spot on...any thoughts?

    Also, is the clen sold in the store here worth a sh!t or would I be better off going with something else?

    Clen is more for cutting. It's a VERY week anabolic. Not worth your time imo.
