Don't take this the wrong way guys, but I've posted up stats before and I'm sure the search feature will yield the diet and routine results you're needing.
Basic stats are:
6'
195 lbs.
7 years solid lifting
30 years old
I can offer updates though. I am currently off any sort of "diet." I've been travelling a lot lately and so that hasn't been good for any type of lifting routine or diet.
My lifting routine as of about a month and a half ago was essentially hitting all body parts twice a week...this is a departure from doing only one a week (which didn't result in any decent gains). My strength gains went through the roof when I dieted and switched to a 6 day program. My weight gains were moderate at only around 5 lbs...whcih could have been just water weight from supplementation
I do intend on doing this again, but am modifying it slightly to focus on Heavier lifting M-W and then Thurs-Sat i will concentrate on higher reps and more focused pumps...hopefully a few of you understand what I'm getting at.
I'm not sure what type of test I will look at using. I'm currently in the military and I obviously don't want to risk getting tested and consequently booted out...although I've heard that steroid tests are a totally different animal from ampetamine tests and the like.
Any input on the clenbuterol as a good jump start to a cycle...I've herad the strength gains are decent and a LBM increase can be expected with about 6-8 weeks of use.
