You should get it checked out at the doc for sure...Maybe its something serious or maybe its just a pulled muscle etc... Better to be safe then sorry.

The injury just occured and its to early to tell but If I were you I would keep training of course cuz you cant just stop the cycle but just try to avoid working out on the shoulders for now atleast

Hit your other body parts, get exrays at the dr. by then hopfully your shoulder will be healed and fine if not then the xrays will show whats up and we can take it from there.

IMO thats not good advice. Shoulder injuries can be tricky, could be joint, could be ligament, tendon, rotator cuff etc. Refer to the Diagram, there are many important points in such a small area and they all give off a similar feeling when they are disturbed or injured! As for continuing the cycle, I would get an appointment with a registered physio therapist, they will be able to diagnose it properly and treat it.. Find one thats a certified active release therapist!! As for the cycle, I would not workout upper body till you know whats wrong, and if they you need to rest then do it... Test E does NOT support collagen synthesis, so it will not "help you heal" and obviously will make you hold more water, as the cycle goes on it will mask the pain more and more!!
Hope this helps a bit bro, best luck to you recovering

yeah, test wont help. you need other stuff. and i would be scared lifting upper body if i was you. even squating can test the shoulder if its compromised. Even loading the 100 lb plates on the leg press could be a bad idea. gotta be careful.
when i recently hurt my shoulder, i made it worse by squating. It was all red again the next day. And that was after 10 days of inactivity. I know time off sucks, but, if you dont baby a potentially bad injury it could end you.

and knock off that arm wrestling crap!lol. seriously. i decided im not doing anything physically demanding except lifting weights until i get to my goal weight/size. There enough danger to joints doing that, let alone arm wrestling, wrestling, moving furniture, screwin around with friends being stupid especially when they are drunk. DOnt take part in their macho BS, or their stupid shanigans. I have a frined who im bigger than who says "hey, lets arm wrestle" when he's drunk. I just say "No, thats okay... you'll beat me" cuz i know with my luck, ill tear somethin.
often the worst injuries are doin STUPID SHIT, not liftin.
