what did u shoot? i know sus swells whatever area i hit for up to 5 days.

Sorry.....I injected sustanon 250....I switched from Test E. to sustanon because I ran out of test e....any ways... I ijected in the DELTOID REGION last friday...

The first few times I shot sust I got knots and had pain after each injetion for 7 or 8 days until my body finaly got used to it..

i'm in week 7 of shooting sus and my body isnt getting used to it. it swells and makes me feel sore every time i shoot (twice a week). i find i'd rather be sore in the glutes then in the delts though. i use 25g 1" for delts and 25g 1 1/2" for glutes. gonna switch back to 23g for glutes though. too hard to push the sus through on 25's. enjoy.
