    The CEE is good to take pre workout because it can bypass the cell/intestinal membrane with ease and therefor does not require the intake of simple carbs to shuttle the creatine in the muscle. I would personally take about 5 grams of CEE pre workout and then take 5 grams of monohydrate w/dextrose postworkout. The dextrose will aid in the transport of the creatine mono!

    Traps...you might wanna check the dosage of the CEE because I think it may be less than straight mono because of the high absorbtion rate. I am not positive but you might just wanna check...it could be as little as 2-3 grams/serving. I know some of the very new creatines like tricreatine has a smaller serving than the norm!
