i was training 5 times a week up until about 2 weeks ago, have switched it to 4 days a week now, just weights. then when i cut, il likely keep the split the same, but adding cardio every morning for 5 days a week
6...welll i just started back after 2 weeks off, and i am sore as ever, but i am normally there 6 days a week.
