    Extra Carb Offering

    I am bulking and trying to get my meals set up right.
    I don't know if i should do this
    pro/carb
    pro/fat
    pro/carb
    pro/fat
    workout
    pwo
    ppwo
    pro/fat

    or
    pro/carb
    pro/carb
    pro/fat
    workout
    pwo
    ppwo
    pro/fat
    pro/fat

    I would like to workout as early as possible, but i feel like i should get that extra carb meal in before my workout. I don't know, any input???

    It doesnt matter...my best results were having two and only two pro/fat meals and I sit in an office all day.....

    mine are something like this:
    P/C
    P/C
    *workout*
    P/C(postworkout)
    P/C/F(1 hr after postworkout shake)
    P/C
    P(pretty much all protein(chicken and greenbeans))
    P/F
    LIGHTS OUT!
    I'm clean bulking right now as well.....I also dont see a prob with mixing carbs and fats....if I'm still hungry after a P/C meal, I may throw a spoonful of allnatty peanut butter in to fill me up....

    you should realy have a pro/carb meal as last meal(45 minutes or so) before your workout, not a pro/fat meal.
