    Creatine Overload!!!!!!!!

    i'm in the process of trying to build mass without the real gear. due to the fact that i have experience with the good shit, getting a satisfactory pump from store bought items is few and far between. I have been taking cee creatine with very promising results. should be rollin on week three here pretty soon. I have been mixing in some different stuff claiming to be prohormone but its really just a bunch of different herbal stuff. i dont wanna mess with any serious pro hormones. so to try and wrap up this post heres what i wanna do: Add NO2 to my cee and then stack in some monohydrate as well. i have a great diet and fitness routine so i think it should be plenty to get me the results im looking for. i just want to know what additions or subtractions everyone would make??????????thanks bros will doubling up on the creatine cause any problems?????

    Doubling up the creating wont do much harm but your body can only use so much of it at a time. If you wanted to mix Monohydrate and CEE, i would go 5grams mono, 2 grams CEE maximum or else it would just be a waste. The pump should be decent but dont expect gear-like-pumps.

    What is this herbal product you are taking? Just curious.

    traps, i overloaded on creatine a couple of months ago...... was supposed to be taking 2-3 tsp and i was taking 2-3 tablespoons...... it gave me the explosive shits, and boy lemme tell ya..... it freaking sucked. i thought i was having a reaction to the creatine so i gave it too my buddy. later on i realised that i was just an idiot and was taking way more than my body could handle.

    the herbal stuff im talking about is the gnc prohormones like fizogen products and stuff. m1 bol and 17 bol.

    The CEE is good to take pre workout because it can bypass the cell/intestinal membrane with ease and therefor does not require the intake of simple carbs to shuttle the creatine in the muscle. I would personally take about 5 grams of CEE pre workout and then take 5 grams of monohydrate w/dextrose postworkout. The dextrose will aid in the transport of the creatine mono!

    Traps...you might wanna check the dosage of the CEE because I think it may be less than straight mono because of the high absorbtion rate. I am not positive but you might just wanna check...it could be as little as 2-3 grams/serving. I know some of the very new creatines like tricreatine has a smaller serving than the norm!
