That looks like a cellulitis there Juiceman. Cellulitis is not an abscess, but an inflammation/infection of the skin, likely caused by the needle not being sterile or failure to properly sterilize the skin in the area of the injection (i.e. skin bacteria get brought in with the needle and cause an infection). This differs from an abscess in that there is no localized pus collection. The later (an abscess) can (and usually does) require a drainage procedure to effectively treat.
You should outline the area with a marker and start a by mouth antibiotic immediately (Keflex 500mg 4x/day is the standard initial therapy). If it gets larger, you need to seek immediate attention as you may need IV antibiotics.
