Honestly man, a meal that should take 10 mins to eat, i keep picking at it and forcing myself for like 45 minutes, and by the time that ****ing meal is done i'm ALREADY ALMOST DUE FOR ANOTHER MEAL... then that takes me just as long... and then i'm DUE FOR ANOTHER MEAL... and before i know its, its bed time and i've missed two meals!!!!!!!!!!
Can anyone answer my question regarding the weight gainer shakes? Is that a good idea? Should i just pound some shakes back if i can't finish or eat a meal?!?!
