Just thought I'd finally say hello. I'm 37 and new to weight lifting. Currently I'm about 60-70lbs overweight. I'm working on my diet and excercise. I got back into training in Martial Arts. I've been lurking here for a couple of months and have been getting some real good information. I have a long way to go and still have a lot to learn. But all the information here is definately making it easier.
