I hear people run low doses of nolva/letro during their entire cycle or keeping amiridex on hand in case. But so many people say this hinders gains terribly. What would you do SMAN?

NOTHING at all for someone who is well educated on ALL the risks and has the proper MENTALITY and attitude to not do something as dangerous as altering your bodies natural hormone levels when they are NOT ready.....


in otherwords, YOU ARE NOT READY, therefore you are dangerous and are going to regret doing this!!!
