    This is my diet.

    Meal # 1 - Breakfast 6:00 AM (Time I wake up for work)
    Oatmeal (1 Cup), (6) Egg Whites, 1 Scoop protein (Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey) (1) Tablespoon Flax Oil

    Meal # 2 Snack Time 9:00AM
    Fruits (Apple, Strawberries, etc) (2) Scoops protein, (1) Serving of nuts/almonds

    Meal # 3 Lunch 12:00PM
    Tilipia,Chicken,Lean Ground Turkey (One of those) with (1) Cup Brown Rice

    Meal # 4 Post Workout 4:00PM ( I work out from 3-5 PM )
    (2) Scoops of protein with approx. 50 Grams of sugar--> (To Spike insuliin levels) (Mixed with water)

    Meal # 5 6:00PM
    NON-FAT MEAL - Tilipia/Chicken Breast with 1 1/2 Cup of brown rice

    Meal # 6 9:00PM
    Skirt Steak/Salmon and (1) Cup brown rice

    Meal # 7 - Before Bedtime (Around 12AM)
    (1) Scoop proteirn, (1) Serving of nuts/almonds or (1) Tablespoon Flax oil

    What do you guys think?
