I just got diagnosed with sleep apnea. They ordered me a cpap machine that supose to helps me breath better when I am a sleeping. I guess I have had it for years. I just thought I snored real bad and was tired all the time. The Doc tells me If I sleep 8 hours only about 3 to 4 hours is "good sleep". He said it would have had a bad affect on my work outs and muscle rebuilding. He said most people have a hard time getting through there day let alone working out. I hope the machine works and I recoupe better and sleep better. He said that lots of weightlifters, football players, bodybuilders, and power lifters get it. He also said that the size of your neck could cause it. So if any of you guys think you might have it go get checked out. It might make the difference you where looking for.
