These are tactical strikes against military targets, and the REASON civiliians are dying en masse is because Hez puts tanks, rockets, etc NEAR civiliian buildings.

Go to yahoo.com and watch Kevin Sites in the Hot Zone. In one of his videos, he is in a Lebanese hospital asking a doctor why there are tanks parked outside the hospital. The doc says they have asked the Lebanese army to move the tanks and they refused....gee I wonder why they would park tanks outside of a hospital, I guess it WOULD be pretty convenient for Hez if Israel bombed the hospital while trying to bomb the tanks, then they could...oh wait, Ill just use my "silly post"...
